I print albums for two main reasons.
1) Printed images have an added level of beauty when printed onto proper, archival quality paper that cant be replicated on a computer screen.
2) There is a permanency in a printed album, albums don’t get hacked, go out of business or suffer hard drive fails.
The issue of image security in the digital world was highlighted recently when Adobe had a glitch that resulted in issues for photographers world wide. What is more frightening is that Adobe is no backyard operation, the overwhelming number of professional photographers use Adobe so something like this is a major wakeup for all of us.
